From Egyptian Farms to UK Shelves: Fresh produce & Processed Foods

The Egyptian British Chamber of Commerce (EBCC), with the support of our collaborating partners, the Egyptian Commercial Service (ECS) and the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC), is pleased to invite UK companies operating in the agri sector to attend an upcoming webinar on Monday 18th May 2026, from 10:00 – 11:00 am (UK time).

This session forms part of the EBCC “Live From” Campaign, a series of webinars broadcast alternately from Egypt and the UK, each focusing on key industries and areas of opportunity.

The “From Egyptian Farms to UK Shelves” webinar is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of Egypt’s agriculture and food processing sectors. It will highlight Egypt’s competitive advantages across various crops—covering seasonality, availability, and export potential—alongside insights into the processed food industry, including freezing, drying, pastes, concentrates, and juices.

The session will feature leading Egyptian companies showcasing their capabilities across these subsectors, as well as sharing international success stories. It will also explore opportunities for collaboration and partnership with UK stakeholders across the food and agriculture value chain, including importers, wholesalers, retailers, and the hospitality sector.
